Senior
Management
Team
Keen to add value and exceed targets wherever he’s worked, Luis naturally drives the company’s business and growth strategies. This role ranges right from lead generation across multiple channels to a hands-on role in the end-to-end sales process, including technical discovery sessions and proposal delivery. Luis is also responsible for the financial wellbeing of the business.
With a BA Honours in European Business from Oxford Brookes (1998), a BA Honours in Business Administration from the University of La Rochelle (1997) and a Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Programme Graduate (2020), Luis fully utilises his education alongside his commercial experience to help drive the customer care excellence the company is renowned for.
This is clearly demonstrated by the way Luis, along with Pedro and Charlie, has made totality services the highest rated managed IT support company in London, based on client reviews.
A keen walker and traveller, you also often find Luis at Craven Cottage, watching his beloved Fulham FC, where he is a season ticket holder.
As Technical Director, Pedro not only provides the leadership, direction and management for the company’s technical and operational teams, he also closely monitors innovations in the sector to spot, adapt, evolve and implement them in ways that enable the company to better serve its clients.
Pedro’s aim is to ensure totality services’ clients have the best-in-class, best fit technical platforms to deliver optimal uptime, scalability, easy adoption and use, solutions that help them to develop and grow.
Having gained a BSc Honours in Computing Information Systems Design in 2003 from London Metropolitan University, Pedro’s professional qualifications include the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) in Enterprise Architectural and the ITIL® 3 Foundation Certification, the third version of a globally recognised collection of best practices for managing information technology.
Pedro’s particularly proud of his degree dissertation on the concept of a Cloud-based service desk with database backend (a while before the Cloud actually existed!) and bringing an ethos of automation and orchestration to totality services from day 1 back in 2008.
To relax, Pedro loves good food (including cooking it!) and wine as well as spending time with his family. He’s passionate about skiing but until his youngest turns three and can hit the nursery slopes, Pedro makes do with football and Formula 1.
spring of 2017 as service desk manager.
Becoming totality services’ technical account director two years later, Charlie is now responsible for the management of all existing and key clients, including retention and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
He also works closely with the totality services’ helpdesk and project management teams, as well as with Luis and Pedro, to help drive the company’s customer service delivery strategy, while also investigating and implementing emerging technologies and trends for an evolving technology portfolio.
Calling on his in-depth MSP experience, Charlie’s helped the business move towards greater automation of internal processes to create a more cohesive and integrated toolset to drive efficiency and scalability.
It might seem unusual for an IT professional to hold a BA in Philosophy from the University of Southampton but then Charlie’s not your typical propeller head, having been a chef before beginning his career in technology, which is why his interest in cooking continues in his spare time today.
He also enjoys spending time with wife and two young sons who tend to keep Charlie pretty busy. His other passion is sport and when he has time you’ll find Charlie watching cricket, rugby and football.
