Charlie Acfield, Managing Director
Charlie Acfield has been an integral part of our team since 2017, bringing a wealth of experience in IT services that dates back to 2005. His journey into the tech world was unique, beginning with a philosophy degree and a stint as a chef before immersing himself in IT.
Despite his busy schedule, Charlie still finds time to create culinary delights, with recent specials including Ankimo, Nam Tak Moo, and Kalua Pig.
As Managing Director, Charlie leads our senior team in close collaboration with our helpdesk, customer success and project management teams, striving to enhance customer service at every opportunity. He is constantly on the lookout for emerging technologies and trends to innovate our operations and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Outside of work, Charlie cherishes family life, spending quality time with his wife and two lovely children. He is also passionate about cricket, rugby, and football.
John Saville, Head of Customer Success
John leads a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring clients achieve their business objectives through exceptional service and support. With a wealth of experience in customer relationship management, he excels at understanding and anticipating client needs, driving continuous improvement, and fostering long-term partnerships.
John is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering value, leveraging innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Under his leadership, the Customer Success team consistently exceeds expectations, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and reputation for excellence.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his three kids, walking his dog Lola, and hitting the hills on his mountain bike during weekend adventures.
